When I started my car this morning I noticed that my exhaust was louder than usual . I noticed a Goodyear just opened near my house and I decided to stop in . The guy in front got me in right away to see what was wrong with my car .. After he performed inspection he brought me back in the shop to show me that my catalytic converters where cut off.. Which he gave me a fair price to get replaced . He then got me ride home since I lived close by . Waited a few hours then Joe (Front counter guy ) called me told me my car was ready… So happy I was able to get my car back the same day . I’ve now found a good shop to bring my car too .. I was in need of a tire rotation and all the shops were so crowded near me in Eastpointe. I stumbled on this Goodyear shop on 9mile that had just newly opened about a week I think. Going to a new place can be downright scary. But to my surprise they surpassed ALL of my expectations. They rotated my tires and my lug nuts were stripped. They replaced them and showed me what the issue was. They explained in detail with my type of Jeep that is common that they swell(of which I didn't know)and so much more they educated me on my truck. These group of guys that work here  Juan, Joe, Moe, Tony ,Mo and the Manager Sal are THE BEST!!.They Rock!!! They treat you like family. Excellent work on truck. Very polite, caring , HONEST! I will DEFINATELY be coming back!!! So if you r looking for a car repair shop that will get you in and out , reasonable, professional, excellent work and honest.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO NO JOKE!!!
